The Belfast Trust is at the forefront of Chronic Pain management, utilising a predominantly psychological approach to comprehensive care for patients.
We are seeking to appoint a Consultant Psychologist to join a specialist team of Consultant Anaesthetists, Nurses, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists, who are committed to improving the lives of people with chronic pain through evidence based programmes including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
The successful candidate will be part of the wider Belfast Trust Psychology Research Service and it is expected that a key part of their role will be to support the Chronic Pain team in continuing to develop interdisciplinary research and foster partnerships with Queens University Belfast and Ulster University.
